Jordan High School HOSA is hosting a Blood Drive October 27thin the tech atrium. This Blood Drive is open to all who are interested, not just current Jordan High Students. See below for more information and permission form.
To Donate blood you must meet the following requirements:
- 16 years or older
- No NEW tattoos within the last 3 months.
- Travel outside the United States during the last 3 months WILL be evaluated.
- Not currently sick
If you are a current student at Jordan High School, you will NEED to bring a signed parent permission form to the blood drive and sign up for a time slot by contacting those listed below. Students are REQUIRED to have an appointment to donate.
You can download and print a copy of the permission slip here– or you can pick one up from room K205
If you are a parent or member of the community, you can sign up for a time slot by contacting someone on the list below. Parent and teacher walk-ins are welcome.
