3.    Review of budgets                                                                                Wendy Dau
         a.  Land Trust
              $188,000.00 (behind a few months)
         b.  TSSA
$196,00.00 (behind a few months in payroll)
         c.  Cell Tower
              $40,000.00
Sometimes used for PD and subs for PD; pay for some office personnel

4.      Counseling Center Updates                             Wendy Dau and Melissa Baker
         a.  2nd Semester Schedules

We are in the process of rebuilding the second-semester board.
There are about the same number of students who wanted in-person classes as
those who wanted to go online

We will be adding some electives so students who are online will have options for
     complete schedules

Also adding a math lab for students who would have math both days

Hoping for synchronous learning as much as possible. (We recognize that this may
be difficult for some online students, especially those who are on a hybrid
     schedule.)

We will need to move a few things around

A google doc will be available next week for students wanting to change. Students
who are unable to change can get help from counselors

Question: If a student has already changed their option, can they still change next
     week if needed?
             Yes

Still working on possible conflicts (Heather, the registrar is working on this)

Comment: Information about the rate of failure, etc. of online students was very
     helpful.

Skyalert will go out after meeting; information will also go out in email and on all
social media accounts. AP’s will send information to students

Counselors will start making changes next week. Hopefully done by next Friday

5.  Covid Updates                                                                                     Wendy Dau
Health department reset the dashboard to 0 after the holiday
41 current cases; however the dashboard shows 6 because of the reset. (these are
the cases since the week began)
Testing all athletes. Very few have tested positive
Those who have had Covid, are exempt from the testing for a certain number of
     days
Wendy is meeting with the superintendent and all principals to request school-wide
testing if the numbers warrant. Testing requires parent permission and 80% of the
student body to test, otherwise the school must pivot to online (phone permission
     can be given)
New update: If students are wearing masks and near a student who tests positive,
they will no longer need to quarantine

Question:
When will staff be vaccinated and will it be required?
We have not received with certainty when vaccinations will begin.
Vaccination will not be required. Those vaccinated will still be required to wear
          masks.
General population vaccinations will probably not happen until summer. Vaccine
is still not available for school-age students (under 16)

6.  Freshman Orientation and Registration                        Wendy Dau and Jana Crist
          a. 2021-2022
Registration will begin the first part of February. We will still be offering online
classes. These will be limited. These will be synchronous. We are trying to be
more flexible and meet the needs of our students

          Freshmen Orientation: February 3, 2021
Traditional Rah Rah Assembly will be done as a video. This will no longer include
just performances. Any group or program can submit a short video explaining
their program. This video will include a tour of the school and be shown at the
middle schools. It will also be posted on the website so parents can access it as
          well.

Instead of the typical Digger Fair held in the evening, we will have opportunities
for parents and students to attend zoom meetings with coaches, advisors and
teachers of programs in which they are interested. These meetings will be
staggered throughout the two hour period from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Schedules
for the different meetings will be sent out to parents prior to February 3.

7.  Parent Teacher Conferences Proposal                                                Wendy Dau
Will be Zoom meetings again. We will increase the time allotments. Parent will
be able to sign up for two slots if additional time is needed
Zoom has a waiting room option.
This format is more comfortable for teachers

Questions: Why the change from google?
There would be an additional fee with google to record.
State had already purchased the Zoom licenses. Zoom also has more
               options Zoom bombing?
We have not had issues with that. Teachers have been trained to help
               eliminate this

8.  Accreditation Survey                                                                            Wendy Dau
This will be done district wide. The visit will happen next October. Visit will
     hopefully be at Corner Canyon.
There will be a parent survey component. It
will encompass district, school, etc. It will be extensive. We want feedback to
identify gaps. We want to have people participate so our community/school can be
     heard.

9.  Change of Meeting for February                                                        Amy Bryant
          a. Thursday, February 4th @ 6:00 PM
Moved due to conflict with Digger Fair.
Vote proposed. Amy Bryant Second: Mirian Gladbach Approved

10. Other Concerns?                                                                                Amy Bryant
Troy Tait: Will bring video about school safety products to Principal Dau tomorrow
Shout out to the teachers and their online classrooms.
Teacher of the Year nominations are coming up. Will send out nomination form

   Motion to dismiss: Wendy Dau
