- Welcome and Approval of January Minutes:
SCC Chair, Patrick Doyle, welcomed the Council and asked for a motion to approve November meeting minutes.
Trudy Barnes motioned to approve January 2025 minutes, Krystal Hansen seconded and motion approved by unanimous vote
- School Review and Updates
Dr. Eschler provided review and updates:
Budgets—review and discussion
Land Trust/TSSP- plans were reviewed by Dr. Eschler, Council asked clarifying questions regarding line items including MTSS, math supports (math lab, math tutoring). Patrick called for a vote to approve the 25-26 Land Trust/TSSP Plans, Krystal motioned to approve, Trudy Seconded the motion. Motion was approved unanimously.
- Counseling Center Updates
Melissa Jones: CTE pathways discussed, middle school visits to JHS shared, semester schedule changes finalized, digger fair event, course requests cards mostly submitted
- Other Items–
- School Safety- Krystal Hansen brought concern regarding a recent assault of a student at JHS school, safety discussion ensued, Bruce discussed the acronym H.E.A.R.T.
- Adjourn—Melissa Jones motioned to adjourn, Matthew Toone Seconded motion, unanimous vote to adjourn. Adjourned 6:29pm.
